- Candidates should be of age - 18 years and above.
- Candidates should be free from physical disabilities so that they are be able to attend the workshops on their own and do not require special care.

Donation and Course Content for Workshop |

Normally the donation for Residential workshop is
RESIDENTIAL IN MARATHI Rs. Rs.3500 - Rs.5000 /-.
NONRESIDENTIAL IN MARATHI Rs. Rs.1500-Rs.1700 /-.
RESIDENTIAL IN ENGLISH Rs. Rs.3500 - Rs.5000 /-.
However at the time of registration the participants should check with our office the applicable donation for a particular workshop.
- 22 lessons of the Basic Course in Brahmavidya.
- Pranayam And Eight Spiritual Breathing Exercises.
- Simple and effective techniques of Meditation.
- Introduction to fundamental principles of life.

Facilities at the Workshop |
|
| |
|
- Accommodation (for residential workshops)
- Three people share a room. Rooms are modest but clean.
- Each person will be provided with a bed, mattress, and pillow. Please bring your own bed sheet and blanket.
- Adequate and clean restrooms including Western toilets are available.
- If more than one member from the same family attend the workshop, they should pack their bags separately, as they might not be accommodated in the same quarters.
- Separate accommodation will be provided for men and women.
- Catering facilities:
- Tea, breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be provided. Tea and coffee is served thrice a day.
- Vegetarian cuisine is served including rice, chapattis, vegetables, daal, salad, pickles, papad etc. The meals are simple but filling. The same meal is served to everyone.
- There is no facility for providing Special Meals.
Breakfast includes tea with snacks like poha, upma etc.

- The workshop fee can be paid in cash, or by cheque or DD payable at Mumbai (for participants outside Mumbai), in favour of 'Brahmavidya Sadhak Charitable Trust'.
- Please do not attend any workshop without registering in advance; we might be obliged to turn you back on account of limited seats.

What should participants bring with them? |
|
| |
|
- Things needed for daily use, including change of clothes, washing detergent, toothbrush, toothpaste, shaving kit, bath soap, and other toiletries.
- Daily medicines for whoever applicable; for all those needing daily medication, please bring along your doctor's prescription, as well as drugs needed in case of medical emergencies.
- Torch/ flashlight is essential.
- Water bag, towel, napkin, extra slippers.
- Warm clothes depending on the location and season of the workshop.
- Bed sheet and blanket.
- Bags that can be locked.
- Mosquito repellent such as Odomas/ Good Knight.
- Note - For all those wishing to present their talent during the entertainment time at night, musical instruments and other equipment can be brought to the workshop at the owners' risk.

What should the participants avoid doing? |

- Going out alone at night.
- Not informing the teachers / group leaders while going out.
- Bringing jewellery / valuables to the workshop.

Workshop Regulations |
|
| |
|
- Maintaining self-discipline is of utmost importance.
- Each day will be divided into 4 study sessions; each person is individually responsible for attending all sessions.
- Brahmavidya Sadhak Sangh will not be held responsible for the safety and well-being of participants.
- Brahmavidya Sadhak Sangh reserves all rights to make any change in the daily schedule at the last minute, due to some unforeseen difficulties, or unavoidable circumstances.
- The donation for workshop will not be refunded under any condition. Also it will not be transferred to any other name.
- This workshop is meant for those, who wish to attain physical, mental and spiritual well-being; this is not for entertainment.
- Do not bring transistors and similar items to the workshop.
- Brahmavidya Sadhak Sangh reserves all rights to ask participants to leave the workshop without giving any explanation, if it is noticed that they are not following the workshop regulations.
